I am located at Inglewood Therapy in East Nashville: 102 Point East Drive, 37216. I offer in-person sessions in my office, and telehealth sessions for anyone within the state of Tennessee.

I am an “in-network” provider with Aetna insurance and Cigna/Evernorth insurance.

If you have Aetna insurance through Vanderbilt University, I am also member of their preferred provider network (VHAN); most clients find their copays are $25 per session.

If you do not have Aetna or Cigna/Evernorth insurance, you may still be eligible to use your plan’s “out of network” benefits. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

Please know that in order to use insurance benefits, most companies require that you have a mental health diagnosis.

My rate is $120 per session. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those with financial need.
